When I achieve these goals, I treat myself. I use an old-school planner to make a note of my goals, my progress, and my achievements. I think timely reminders of one’s journey is the highest kind of motivation. On those days when I need motivation, I have my trusted planner to remind me that I have achieved successes through hard work and can choose to stay on the path of progress.
